I agree 100% I haven't talked to anyone who's seen the show so everything I know about it is from reviews. On the other hand, "Spamalot" had a lot of overdone musical numbers but they really added to the hilarity of it all. Fortunately, I got to see it with Tim Curry and David Hyde Pierce (Hank Azaria was busy doing The Simpsons but his understudy was fantastic) and I don't think there was a second of it that I wasn't laughing.

Good point. I like After The Catch but I think Mike Rowe was a way better host than Ben Bailey (sp). Cash Cab isn't a bad show but he just seems out of his element.

I wonder if the SEA-NRT-SIN and the SIN-NRT-PDX flights will exist next January.

Yeah, DL seems to be dropping flights to NRT left and right.

Only NRT cancellation I know of is the second daily ATL-NRT flight (DL's now at a daily 747-400, while the plan for this summer was 1x 744/1x 777).

Everything else (including the new NRT-Saigon, NRT-SLC and NRT-JFK flights) are still on to my knowledge.

They're also reducing DTW-NRT to 1 daily starting in October.

How crazy is the new DL, do you think they will scale back the NRT operation?

Ahhhh but remember that you can not combine anyone with CO on this reward or it does bump it up a notch. Stupid rule IMHO.

I had NW JFK-NRT-HKG on the way out and KE HKG-ICN-IAD-EWR on the way back. I wanted to drop the KE segments and to CO98 "Plan B" on the return. He was telling me that is a 140K reward and I can't combine the KE and CO BF reward. I kept telling him I want to drop the KE segments. He said he checked with 2 supv's and they both told him that I need to cancel and redeposit the reward and then issue a new reward to get the this done.

I had him put EWR-ORD-ICN-HKG on hold, he then cancelled my res and the NW flights showed up again, so he booked the same flights I had in the first place. He told me I can't make another change or I would have to redeposit and start over.

I don't like being married to the JFK-HKG NW routing. I might want to get mt aeroporn on

So now I am doing JFK-NRT-HKG (NW) and HKG-EWR (CO) in XN with BF waitlisted. Oh I hope this works out for me. If not at least I am on the same flight as everyone else and I am sure we will make the best out of it.

I am still waiting for my ticket to "process"

Thank you for choosing Continental Airlines. Your purchase is confirmed. You will be promptly notified once the internal processing of your reservation has been finalized so that you can request additional receipts, export to Outlook, refund or change your flight, view/change seats, check-in, or e-mail or print your itinerary.

Ke kept saying that, like BF was a SQ Suite

I think I am safe with the JFK flight, if not I would not mind taking one of the 744's out of MSP, ATL or DTW.

Just got back from seeing Chelsea Handler in Montclair tonight. She was very funny but the venue was a hot house. We were all sweating like pigs in there and someone in front of me kept FARTING

Is this for yourself?

That is correct as far as I know. I don't think the NRT-PDX/SEA flights are in danger. They have been around for quite some time so they must be profitable. If anything, perhaps they'll cut the frequency down.

Now, India on the other hand... With DL first switching ATL-BOM back to JFK-BOM and then subsequently dropping it, you have to wonder how bad the Indian market is and what CO will be doing to adjust their capacity.

That's right, they did announce that.

Though, I think the second NRT flight was always seasonal so I wouldn't really consider it a cancellation.

I'm surprised that LAX-NRT hasn't been 'rightsized' yet.
