I'm pretty sure that surgical titanium would not set the sensor off, but surgical steel - like any other steel item - does. All depends on the type of implant, some are pure titanium or steel, others are blends which would be hit or miss. I am headed to work to have a meeting about my job after I return from my NRT run. The best part about the job so far is that MR and such are not a problem. Will that continue to be the case. ??? :confused:

If all goes well I may book a HNL trip to celebrate!

Same here. I burned some SWUs early in the year (getting ready to expire) and my return leg did not clear until 48 hours prior.

I'm pretty sure titanium shouldn't set it off period. I've got a Skagen titanium watch ($60 @ Costco FTW!) and I never have to take it off at the airport, which is nice.
