I got the O.K. from the s/o. I am going to look for March for 4-5 days. even if I only earn 50% mileage, it's is still a deal. ;)

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I haven't heard anything officially yet so we'll see. I fired out a few resumes today that were low hanging fruit; maybe something interesting will come from it.

All the very best. It's the uncertainness that sucks.

Yes.

Yes. No CR-1 availability on the dates I'm looking. Can those be waitlisted or do I have to track it and call in?

Don't worry about that. UA has been holding back NF inventory to Hawaii. My trip for next week just cleared last week and it was ticketed over six weeks ago.

In some cases they aren't clearing until 24 hours.

Just use your MP number to book it and you should have no issues.

evening, Box. Catching up with todays posts has taken me an hour! Am watching Renovation Realities on DIY channel while reading the box. I cannot believe the stupidity of the person renovating his kitchen. It's hilarious.

It aired on HGTV. At least the one I saw was like watching a train wreck in motion. They didn't identify where they were, but... definitely a Boston accent (according to my wife who is from there), and a shirt that identified a business up there. It's a single guy and his mom, right? He splattered paint thinner all over the camera and his arm. Idiot.

Mackieman Jun 24, 2009 9:08 pm

It is 10PM. It is 90 degrees outside. I am thankful for air conditioning and a wife that doesn't mind the two fans blowing on me in the bedroom. Night, Box.

Do you have a "Bring a Flyertalker to work" day? :D

I'm confirmed.

I can't get the .bomb inventory to match up to ITA's. And I don't understand the refund/cancellation policy of Orbitz well enough to trust it. I'm finding plenty of $263 fares on ITA and have even convinced .bomb to route a few of them with multi-city, but cannot get one in all L inventory start to finish.

I think I'll throw in the towel and try again in the morning assuming the fare is still published. :(
