I managed to finally snag one IAH-LFT last year.

I've been searching for something decent out of ABE so that I could cross off the 135 and the Q200 at the same time. Although, I'd be tempted to check out the bus to EWR as well...

I'm sick...

I've had the pleasure of flying the 135 many times - I actually prefer it to the 145 for some strange reason. There is just something about having fewer people in that narrow tube, even if the aircraft is smaller, that makes it seem preferable (which is an illusory benefit, of course).

CLE-DAY is Q200 later in the day. Did that in April following my VDB from a 135 flight. DAY is a worthy trip for you, given the USAF Museum.

On need only make a few trips to, from, or involving CLE to cross off the 135, Q200, and Q400.

For $290 I could do ABE-CLE-DAY-EWR-ABE and cross off the 135, Q200 and the bus. :D

An overnight in DAY might be the end of me.

I've picked up most of my 135's on IAH-DAL, and the Q200 on CLE-FNT (on that stupid $29.00 MCO-FNT fare)

I'd try it but I'm not willing to drive all the way out to the 'burbs to get one. It's bad enough I'm sleeping outside the 610 loop tonight. Do you realize how many years it's been that I've done that when I've been in Houston? I'm within a few feet of being outside the beltway! The horror! :p

You could go to one and get outside of the "outer loop", aka, Highway 6 by visiting the one over near West Oaks Mall.

Highway 6? West Oaks Mall? That's like halfway to San Antonio! Too far.

Dayton itself is sleepy, but the airport is tiny and the Museum is worth the trip.

You can do most of the Museum in a day and a half. Why not cross stuff off your list and pay a visit to Bock's Car while you're at it?

But don't you still need to snag a CRJ? :)

It really is not that bad. :D

I ignore the fact that Chautauqua flies for CO. Plus, I've suffered through plenty of NW's CRJs and that is good (or bad) enough for me.

Looks pretty cool. I like military aircraft and all, but I'm not sure I could look at them on the ground for all that long. For me, commercial aircraft are another story but I don't think planespotting at DAY for a day would be all that exciting.

I'm shocked that The Box is trying to convince someone to go to DAY! :D

The DL CR9 in First was lovely. Why would I want to go and spoil a memory like that by riding on a CR2?

At least I get to rock 12A on my RJ. Pseudo first class(less).

I hate when that happens. I was #1 on the u/g list, then went to #4, then checking about an hour later, #5. This was this past Sunday, for a 20F cabin, IAH-PHL.
