It does not look like there are many windows on the upper deck, did co have seating upstairs?

Evening, box.

Friends of mine dragged me out on a 7mi hike today.

Some friends. I'm sore.

Where's one of those beers on the wall?

Goodnight.

Ain't that the truth. I bought it for that, love it for that, and don't watch much else on it.

Yes they did. I can't remember just how many seats but it was Business Class when we offered three classes of service.

Do you know what number this plane is?

Aircraft Number 10: I hated this plane. The mx delays were always very long.

So, I finally opened up the 'Penalty Box' thread (or at least the last page of it, anyway). Ever since it first popped up, I thought penalty box referred to EWR ATC delays :) Now I'm trying to figure out if it's really an hommage to Seinfeld - a thread about nothing. Crossing my fingers this is the correct place for this post:

To the woman in 4L on Co72 Tuesday night, it is *NOT* ok to clip your fingernails onboard a plane. Never. Ever. Geesh, I hope it was 'only' fingernails.

Sounds right on target!!

Wow, you're way behind in posting. Need to stop multi-quoting! Remember More is More. :D

Yes it is, it would also help if I had a desk job again! :)

Evening box.

I find myself underwhelmed by the Waldorf Astoria. It's very meh.

I was able to, uh, shall we say, "negotiate" lounge access for myself so at least I'll get breakfast tomorrow.

Now to go forage for food.

I was not impressed either. If it wasnt free and my first Hilton stay for points I would not have stayed :)

Note tube tops and chest tattoos does not work either. Mom must be so proud.

Is that the mom or the dad?

Thanks sfogate! If you hang out here, then I know this must be the place to be.^ More on beer in a moment.

and hello to you too.

and to you too!

Indeed - what is wrong with them?! The day Skymall starts selling a TSA-approved travel spitoon is the day I finally stop flying.

I was starting to pick up on the subtle alcohol theme :) I had the dubious honor of turning 36 a few weeks ago. Up until 35, I was convinced that I would never, ever like beer - no matter how many times people would tell me to try this or try that. People say it's 'an acquired taste', and I hadn't acquired it. Then on a totally out-of-character whim in New Zealand I tried Speight's beer, and it magically turned on my beer palette (figures, one of the few beers that can't be imported into the U.S.). All that to say - I'm now ready to take one down and pass it around!

Flying for drinking is also something that we like to do or drink while flying, one in the same around here!!

Had a good night. Did a dinner for 90 fraternity brothers from OSU!!! and on the way home by 9:45. Stopped at the wine bar and say some friends and came home and ate my leftovers and had ice cream.. all in all a good day!

Night Box!

jrzyshawn Jun 13, 2009 11:18 pm

Night everyone. Early morning tomorrow. We're taking the dogs to the state park in New York State for some swimming in the lake.

 My daughter.

Three weeks ago she rolled her friend's car. No injuries except the car.
Tonight she parks the car in a lot, goes to a baseball game and the car is broken into. The window is broken and her purse is stolen.

It's her father's car and our credit card that was in her purse.

We stopped at 93 bottles of beer on the wall. I think I'll take them all down and start drinking.

Good night Box.

sorry to hear about this. :(

Bummer on the car - that's the #1 complaint I've read about parking when looking for an apartment in California. In FL they tend to not break anything but rather look for cars that are left unlocked, thus a smashed window is rare. Apparently in CA it's a common practice.

Just make sure you make the proper phone calls and everything should be ok, save for the window repair.

Sometimes people have to learn the hard way, but she probably wont leave her purse in a car again.
