Will do that now - thanks for the reminder! She wouldn't sign up for any promos if it wasn't for me  When there is a CO promo, I just sign up the family en masse.

Now serving on our deck: fresh mango margaritas. Coming soon: grilled pizzas (as soon as the dough rises).

We have plenty if you're in the area...

I understand!;) Your mom is very lucky to have such a savvy daughter like you!^ It's so much easier w/CO to sign up for promos. For SPG, etc. you either read about it on FT or sign up w/the programs to get e-mails!

My day has been one big .
I had the worst night's sleep in awhile (thanks daughter) and got up early this morning, thanks to whatever UA flies into SFO at 6:30am--very loud 747.
Now I get to get ready for an in-law function at a lousy restaurant, celebrating my brother-in-law's oldest daughter's college graduation. My mother-in-law will be there causing my husband stress, which will cause me to get cranky and then I get to go to work and relax.

Forgot to add that I am coming down with a cold. I have been on the verge of being sick for several days now. This is the never ending viral thing that currently has my throat feeling thick and a slight running nose and a cough. We seem to get this thing about every 6 months or so and I've got it.

Um, no, no it's not.

We have someone on each side of our family like this. We try and keep the get togethers to once a year; unfortunately we'll have to see both within one month.

First, it's disgusting. Second, how can it be legal on a plane?:rolleyes:

I don't recognize nor care about most people. I did sit across from Danny Glover in the ORD RCC for about 4 hours and he was very nice. Had a good chat. I think part of the reason he was chatty was (besides boredom) I could have cared less who he was.

Just curious - did you spend lots of time playing the game? Using the map?

^

 YIKES YIKES YIKES! How's that insurance looking?

I'll join you!

Details, please. Basic porn? Hard porn? Asian? American?

And you're not together? Shocking! :p

That sounds fun! When is it?

Let me get that information.....

July 23-25, 2009 (http://www.ai2009.com/) I went to the one in Dallas and it was very cool. Everything that is suppose to stay on a plane or at the ticket counter was there! I think there will be opportunities to fly a DC-3 too!

Something like that or the Krek that seems oddly like a creek in the south!!

I did this on a recent CO promotion my self. I might as well work to pad the miles I will one day inherit!!:D

Let me check the TUL or OKC - CLE schedule. Oh, looks like all the little planes no longer fly this route. UGH and I havent had pizza in a while! :(

I am going to see Night in the Museum 2 - mainly for the avaition connection in it. I really need to get back to DC to see the main museum there and the airplane that now hangs there that I once flew in! :D

In other news, I had a friend book me at a hotel in Seattle on a discount rate and now the hotel is a Doubletree Hotel so when I called today to adjust my reservation I made sure to have my gold status updated on the account! Hope this brings me a nice upgrade there although I seem to already have a nice room reserved! :)

How late are you serving? I could be "in the area" in a few hours ;)

Sounds pretty much like the day from Hades. I don't think I'd want to go to work after a day like that! I hope your night goes okay!

It looks pretty cool. Perhaps I can make it work with a work trip before heading back for Plus 1's reunion.

Night at the Museum 2 was pretty decent. I am a huge Smithsonian fan so it made it enjoyable.

Drink copious amounts of alcohol.

Definitely sounds interesting. I wonder if I can dig up some old EA, PA and TW memorabilia other than those red propeller drink mixers from TW that are still in my bar up north (I think).

I've only recently caught onto the hotel stuff :p -- so, now my radar is up for all the promos that I might qualify for!:D
Funny thing is that now I think of your daughter when I look at all the club cards!!:D

North of LA. It should be a fun night and we'll pick up his daughter for the rest of her summer stay with us. We'll have lunch at the Proud Bird by LAX before flying out on Sun.

Cool! ^ Is Plus1 looking forward to said reunion?;)
Nice for baglady JR to have an older sibling around, huh?!:)

Am enjoying yummy Italian pastries from yesterday's stop @ Ferrara's in Little Italy!^

I finally caught a break today. :D
Husband came home with a very sore back. He has decided that we are not going to the family affair this afternoon. Guess he's having more issues with stress than I am.

So now it's on to the dog park before the Dog from Hell eats up more of the couch.
