+1 I bought mine in December. I don't want one that is already outdated.

Life is better since I did some eBay selling over the weekend and I'm starting to clear out the Hard Rock pin collection. I have some very rare complete pin sets up that I would very much like to see clear the reserve price. I haven't used PayPal in a while, and I'm not thrilled about the new interface or that they are holding funds. I understand why they're doing it, and I'm not so much upset with PayPal as I am with society in general for creating the need for such an action.

They will likely talk about Snow Leopard (the next version of OS X) - a first time Mac buyer may be interested in that.

CM, what are the changes with paypal? The visual is also very different. I liked the old interface better. |

I just upgraded last week. :) When I purchased, I knew some speed increases were probably right around the corner, but that's OK as I got a nice deal on the latest revision that I purchased.

Yeah, I doubt we'll see more than speed changes, though I hope they maybe make a MacBook with FireWire again. Part of the reason I haven's sprung for a new Mac is the fact that my MBP has FireWire and I have a few FireWire drives.

Wife and I took a trip IAH-DEN on April 17. I looked in my Onepass account this morning. I saw 3000 bonus miles deposited on 6/4. I was . Checked the mail this afternoon and saw a letter from CO telling us why they deposited the bonus miles. That day, what should have taken about 2 hours to fly to DEN took 6+ hours. It was all WX related. But, still.. CO apologized and gave us bonus miles. They didn't have to or need to. We understand that WX happens (thunderstorms in IAH, lots o' snow in DEN) It was a nice gesture. Another reason why we continue to fly CO.^
My wife and I did not complain. We never contacted CO at all because of the WX delays. I wonder if someone else did. As my daughter's bib says, "Spit happens."

Hmmmmm! Quite a lot of content available via FT for the case study .....:D

"Wobbly Bonkers" needs to go right along with  as identifiers for residents of The Box. It's my new favorite saying and if I ever have twins, I know what I'm naming them!
I think I need to copyright that phrase and the you'd all have to pay me royalties every time you used it .......;):D It is one of my all time fave phrases!! |
Good morning Box. Just finished a burger for breakfast. Yum.

Random (and useless :)) question of the day...
Is it rude to scan your own boarding pass when boarding? I feel weird handing it to the GA to scan when I could easily pass it below the scanner myself. Thoughts? |

I do find it rude when they grab my phone out of my hand to scan it. Then, on top of that, proceed to scroll through it making sure "you're Elite Access"... "1B is Elite Access correct?" |
