BTW, I may have mentioned before, is it just me or have you seen an increase in the number of people trying to get into the club without a membership? I even saw a guy last night guest someone in and then try to leave immediately only to have the agent question him about his guest. The guy came back in and then left about 5 seconds later saying the guy was appling for a membership which the guy did get materials but hadnt applied on the spot. On Friday, I witnessed the agent having to forcefully ask a gentleman to leave the lobby of the E PC as he didnt have a pass and was trying to use the internet vis the chairs in the lobby.

There are some IAH agents who are really bad about not using the microphone, especially in Terminal B. I've seen people miss flights, and then get yelled at by the gate agent, because the gate agent didn't bother to use the microphone so that people sitting more than 10 feet away could hear the announcement. In their defense, though, this seems to have improved over the last year or two; it used to happen all the time though.
They all complained about our arrival being late.. but our plane had been on the ground for like 30-40mins with the door open at that point. I had been there for some time waiting for the MCO "families with children.." to finish boarding and the old couple got there without a cart shortly after me. |

Speaking of which, CO's system to reseat people during an equipment swap is broken. Instead of moving people 1:1 from a 16-seat F cabin to a 20-seat, it moved me from 1A to 2B. The person from 2B went somewhere and then 5A was magically occupied.
