With the stress level associated with my job, I should be a car valet in LAS.

I have had the Sony's but like my QC3! I can't do the ear bud types as my ears can't take them.

You could two of my media cases into Baglady's purse. And as far as checking goes, it's all about the number of bags to check, not no checks.

Because, more is more. :)

I wont touch the Baglady bag comment but I too have at times made such to get more on my checked bags. I don't know how many times I have used CO as a moving company. In fact, in 2004 I left Las Vegas and used miles to upgrade just to be able to check a third bag outta LAS!

YEah, that is true. I had a friend that was cocktailing when I was going to school at UNLV and she was working 4 maybe 5 nights a week and pulling down 70 to 90K according to her. As long as you get the right shifts at the right places then you can do very well.

DEN-IAH-EWR-FRA in April was 405 w/ tax. It's super cheap right now. Any word on (L) fares qualifying for the 2x elite miles?

Hmmmm. I might just need to do that.

When I lived in Las Vegas I was so tempted to just leave all the headaches of management and work 8 hrs 5 days a week and then make the good life. Where did I go wrong???

Airfares are moving up in price :( What was $150 last week is $250 this week. Oh well, you snooze you lose, I lost. higher fare buckets now however, maybe more chances for upgrades.

I am so far behind in miles this year :(

MR question: If you fly into Europe and do an immediate turn, do you need to clear customs and then re-clear security, or just go through the Transfer Desk? Specifically, in LHR and FRA.

Just wondering... found some decent (like ~$300) fares in April/May departing on Sat, returing on Sun to several destinations.

200% when bought on co.com.

Depends on the city. LHR and FRA both have transit lounges so no clearance necessary. Other cities, such as TXL you clear coming off the plane.

Also, the image-enabling of all fora that will have it went into effect last night. ^

How fitting that it's based in LAS :-:

To those in the red on AM who have never played before. If you have planes on order, you may want to try to get out of the red ASAP. Once the planes are delivered there are a whole slew of costs tied to the planes.
