Does NASA even use the stuff anymore? Seems like space food has improved somewhat beyond that over the last 40 years.

Disgusting!

I wish CO would take the stand that DL has on chewing tobacco, and prohibit its use on board the aircraft.

Some buyers on eBay are so . One of the items we have up is a pair of never worn Lucchese boots my sister-in-law bought years ago, never wore, and then gave to us to put on eBay for her. I have detailed pictures of the boots up close, with original tags still attached that indicate the brand. We have close-up shots of the soles showing no scratches and the brand's marking on the soles. We have close-up shots of the interior of both boots, showing the size and design number. And yet some jerk on eBay who wants to buy them is trying to claim they must be fakes because "we've never found Luchhese's in that size for my wife with a sole that's as short as yours is." I'm far from an expert in boots, but there's nothing on these to indicate they're anything but the real deal. And right now he's bid only $24.99 on them. At this rate he may get them for that price, which is a steal. He then told me he's willing to go up to $65, if I can prove their authenticity, but he still doesn't believe the photos and what I've said because "We've never found any that had a sole that size."

And then he complained about the shipping cost, which is not negotiable. Boots aren't small or light. If he wins the auction, he's paying the shipping price we quoted, which is based on the actual postage cost, plus about $2.00 to cover our expense in packing materials.

This auction doesn't end until Thursday, and right now, I'm hoping somebody outbids this dude. I don't envision collecting payment from him to be hassle free.

I'm out of here - good night all!

Tang...it has one good use IMO.
I mix it with instant tea, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, lemonade and a few other spiced and make a quick spiced tea during the winter/christmas season. I like it that way :)

Another use is to clean water stains out of dish washers. I kid you not. Fill up the soap dispenser with Tang and run it through the wash cycle (not prewash) and the rinse cycle and the insides will be all nice and clean.

Time for bed.

Morning Box.

Just reading the links on Drudge about the Turkish Airlines 738. Pics are pretty scary, especially of the tail piece.

Morning. Still sick here, but stayed off the Nyquil last night so I could be more functional this morning, since I have a stupid conference call first thing.

Yeah it's good stuff, but it also tends to leave me groggy and non-functional in the morning. A regular dose of the stuff seems to take a good 10-12 hours to leave my system.

A friend is coming over for coffee this morning.

I believe it will be a perfect opportunity to use the BF cups. LOL

How will they ever know where you live if all you give them is a credit card? If they ask for your address just tell them they can't have it. I hate Best Buy.
