Hopefully an expertly mixed PC Bloody Mary will turn things around in a hurry for me.

Not particularly well mixed, but all the ingredients were there and things are looking up now. :)

Time to go fly to the Caribbean. I don't get to upgrade a random stranger on this flight. I thought I was going to get to as there were 2 seats still open assuming the waitlist fully cleared. Now it is one over, and I don't want to take away an upgrade that someone really should get. Maybe on the flight home...

Now I am jealous. Was this one of the co.com specials?
I make it a point not to check them when I work the weekend.

Don't look at the forecast for Tuesday if you don't want to get more jealous. It looks like you may be in a area that may get dumped on, including EWR. I'm just north of the snow / rain line and PHL seems to be solidly in the rain.

I don't like beer that much to drink(pardon me!) but I enjoy it a lot in marinades and seasonings, and I rather like the flavor of Rarh and Sons

I have used the Summertime Wheat and the Oktoberfest with great results ;)

Paula Deane had Beer Brat recipe on yesterday. it looked good but I think they used 6 bottles of beer and it seemed like a waste. Definitely one or two for the cook would have been better use.:D

I'm hoping it keeps to the coast and misses me. I'm tired of this, I haven't seen my driveway in months.

It seems to be growing. Now seems like it may be a DC-Boston snow event. It looks like a good part of upstate will get hit too. Being that the news people are barely even talking about at this stage that usually means it will be something big. If they talk it to death for days in advance it turns into nothing.

I saw Paula making an ice cream cake earlier today. Slightly melted Ice cream sandwiches topped with cool whip. Very healthy

These decent fares from EWR to SCL, EZE, STT and DUB are taunting me.

Is it worth being in DUB on St. Patty's day if one extends a trip to the UK to pop on over there?

The joys of Canadian Customs. Perhaps once in my life I'll be able to enter the country without secondary screening.

I'm off to fill my liver with delightfully cheap Canadian beer. It's nice to see the $CAD back where it belongs.

What a day. Had to call social services on a patient. :o

Is it wrong I felt worse for the 97 cats than I did for the patient? Her house smelled like a Secaucus sewage treatment facility on the hottest day of the summer.

Blech.

How decent are they?

Taxes complete! Between my wife and I, we're getting over $1700 in refunds, but we'll never see about $300 of it because we live in California. That is the biggest  ever.

SCL and EZE are in the 550 range and STT is under 200.

I have this DL cert that I am hoping to convert into a CO dollars for that trip to DUB or SNN.
