I called the low fare guarantee number. Someone picked up, didn't know what she was doing, told me to call the number again. W T F? I am so byond p!ssed off at Continental's incompetence at answering the phone it's not even funny. This is after a 2 hour hold on the phone last night and NO ONE picked up the phone after 2 hours of hold.
Then, there's the attitude I get constantly from the Elite Desk. W T F? UA 1K desk is 1 billion times better than this B S. I am about reaching my boiling point with CO. I like the inflight product and groudn crew, but if this is how its going to be, I'm going back to UA. :mad: |

There's not a whole heckuva lot in Monroe. Genusa's Italian restaurant on Park Avenue is actually pretty good, as is Samurai Sushi.
