Now that Florida has Powerball, all I have to do is ask my father to buy tix. :D I cover Mega Millions here in TX.

Hello, boxers ... You can connect via CO flights quite easily to this amazing upcoming DO. By the time this comes up, you'll be able to earn CO miles on the special SK flights :p

Nobody finds this to be an intriguing event?

You forgot to mention that xyzzy, Oliver2002 and tommy777 will be serving you on board ;)

These 3 mad professors will throw out seats, make the menu and drinks. There will be a hot dog stand onboard, 4 different types of Seltzer, Talisker among many many other things!

Incredibly intriguing but I fear it will be a bit pricey.

If we can get around 80 people to join the private flights, it will not be pricey at all, trust me.

Of course people from the US will have to get to CPH and back

How pricey is too pricey? I think it will work out to be reasonable. Plus -- think of all the status miles you'll earn!

Maybe SK will offer us a special trans-pond deal to tie in with this :p

Care to define "reasonable" and "not pricey at all"? ;)

For Y CPH-OSL-ARN-TLS-LHR preliminary prices are around 6-700 bucks

Mad Professor First Class is TBD

Hmm - certainly reasonable for the experience. I'll keep an eye on the thread. ^

Are middle seats being sold at a discount? ;)

What am I, chopped liver? I declared almost an hour ago and I noticed sbm12 also chiming in.

What I really would like to do is thank you for giving us the heads up in this thread.

I would love to go but cost is my only issue, sadly. (looks at Airbus bag on floor and airbus pen sitting on keyboard) Now if it was say mid March, I'd do it.

The box is where it counts, though :p

I figured we needed to pack it with some CO folks before the LH guys fill it up :p

monitor Jan 8, 2009 6:10 pm

You're right about that LH crowd. Tommy777 says that if he gets 80 people, the cost will not be too high. When Germany wakes up in a few hours, I know those guys and there will be at least another 20 declaring in as soon as they hear about it.

CM, did I notice that you might have found a new job?? Sorry, but I only can handle catching up on the last 200 posts right now.

Nothing firm, no. :( I had a really good vibe on something that ended up staying within the company I applied to after the VP made three trips up to this area from TPA to interview people, and I have to mess with my resume somewhat to push the writing ability so I can apply at CO for document writing. I have the job bookmarked but I haven't done the resume work yet. I also found all of the concierge and concierge supv spots that I'm qualified for in the new LAS CityCenter project. Given the bloodbath that the ACY economy has been taking, I can't make myself believe that LAS is a smart move.
