Since when is moving from the 16/20 seats of a 738 to the 16 seats of a 752 an increase in the number of F seats? ;)

First time I can recollect being in a BF seat. ^ Even cooler was the fiancee's reaction.

Glad you got the upgrade. Once you start doing it getting back to domestic F - or, even worse, domestic Y - is really, really scary.

is it normal for your waitlisted bf segment to disapear from your reservation the day before check in?
and merry christmas...

Congratulations. Now you really know why we claw and scrape to get up there and do whatever it takes.

But, as sbm12 says, going back is no picnic and doubly so for you. You now have exposed your woman to the front of the plane. I can assure you that all of your flying with her in the future will have at least a trace, no matter how faint, of wistfulness from her knowledge of how much better it can be up front.

THIS IS NOT A BOARDING PASS
you will need to complete your check-in at
the airport ticket counter

arrrrrrrgghhh!!!!

Yes. She is now officially ruined.

ConciergeMike Dec 25, 2008 1:47 pm

I'm not as concerned with her spoilage as I am with mine.

Did she constantly play with the switches. Seat back up, down, up down, a little up, opps too far, a bit more down. Now onto the leg rest. ;)

Food coma has not set in yet. I'm surprised to be honest. This year's store brand ham was really, really, really good. Much better than ones in the past that cost much more. I couldn't stop grabing extra little pieces.

A truly honest man. I'm buying his first round whenever I run into him.

Be forewarned that the city comes to a screeching halt at the slightest sign of precipitation. It's really kind of a sad place to be at those times.

 : this is the correct Calle, but we dont use street numbers here, we just got them a few years ago so I can't help you.
rolov : What do you mean you don't know numeros , how does the mail get delivered then ?
 : The mailman knows where everything is because everyone lives by someone else or some landmark
rolov : Where do you live ?
 : Next to the funeral home.
rolov : thanks

I learned the same about Seoul. A lot of places don't have numbers and are referenced by building name or local landmarks. It made things a bit challenging, to say the lease.

Why did I check my bag you ask - at the time I was working on a project that required me to carry 2 laptops. And I was told by a TSA person that you couldn't bring both laptops into the cabin. I guess the rule has since been dropped.

Sounds like you got a snow job. I've been traveling with multiple laptops for years without any issue. Maybe the guy just wanted to give his coworkers a chance to steal the laptop from the checked luggage.

Is it bad that I view Christmas as a great day to go into the office and get some maintenance work done on my clients' networks without anyone around to get in my way or users around to complain that I'm messing with their internet browsing?? :o

This is the first year in many that I'm not actually working on Christmas. I love working Christmas since you can get all the stuff down without interruption. Nobody cares if a server is down.

Hehehe, it is a bad path to go down. Though they are quite nice.

I'm glad my gf wasn't the only one who did that the first time. :)

Sorry about that, by the way. I didn't forget that you had offered to get together. My mother got all social-director nuts and I hardly had free time.

FT is my alternative to A Christmas Story. Ugh. I kniw I'm probably the only person on the planet that hates that movie, but I really did try and I just don't find it funny.

How can you not like that movie? (just busting your chops) I orginally had plan on doing my 2007 Holiday greeting video from the house in the movie but I couldn't find the motivation to go to Cleveland.

I dread seeing what the scale is going to say in the morning after today.

ConciergeMike Dec 25, 2008 8:56 pm

Her family asks me that same question about the movie every year, and all I can think to say is that I didn't grow up watching it, and on top of that now that I'm watching it as an adult, I can't help but think that I want to choke out the goofy little brother for refusing to eat.

I also heard a rumor that the kid who played Ralphie ended up doing porn. Can't find anything to back it up though.
