Thanks all.

Well, i get to fly 752s so rarely that I haven't really payed attention to the seats always being blocked off.

Good to know that they may open up as we get closer.

I can't wait for my Sh!tauqua flight tomorrow.

Try checking a couple bags. It's awesome.

ETA - Nevermind if this is CO CHQ we're talking about, and not DL.

Still, sounds Awesome. Perhaps even as Awesome as Pinnacle. I board a Saab in about 20 mins.

I hear Northwelta appointed Rolle Yes to Managing Director of Customer Care, SkyTeam Elite Outreach Division.

Wine is open...Christmas vacation has begun. Yay!! Safe travels and on time departures to those of you traveling. I'll be parked on the couch in front of the fireplace or snowshoeing. Maybe I'll make a snowman.:)

For the BD whores, not fabulous, but not shabby. I found a SNA-BUF Q-UP that prices out at $897.

The routing I've found so far is SNA-SFO-ORD-BUF-IAD-IAH-DEN-SNA and nets 5,861 miles or 19,048 if you're gold.

Good morning Box.

If that customer became an Involuntary Denied Boarding customer, the max that would have been paid out (in cash) is $800. The formula for figuring this out is more detailed than what I have been telling you (it's based on your purchased ticket price) but the easiest way to know what you might expect if you are a IDB is $200 per hour of orginial arrival time, to a max of $800.

VDB (voluntary) can be anything we wish to promise you, except cash.

It definitely wasn't IDB. They asked for a volunteer on the PA system, since there was only one spinner. My wife heard a $650 voucher and F class on the next available flight, and this guy said he heard it on the PA system too. The GAs told him, the max they were allowed to offer was $500. Sounds like the GAs were not totally honest with this gentleman. He should have called for a supervisor instead of giving in.

Many people have told me that if I want to stay in thw biz that I'm in, I should look no further than Hard Rock Seminole. Hmmmm.

I'll take warm rain vs. ice cold any day. It's raining here in Houston, but it is close to 70.

As for the Hard Crack. That place seems to defy the recession, from what I hear. Now that they have full Las Vegas gaming, that place seems to be full. My brother frequents the clubs there on the weekends. Perhaps you should take a tour of the room where Anna Nicole Smith died?

And reply 22K to go with it!

Merry Christmas to those of that persuasion. Happy 4th night of Hanukkah, too.

Merry X-mas to those of you who celebrate it. Happy Hanukkah to those who celebrate it as well (getting tired of seeing Hanukkah Harry coming down my chimney every night)!

Greetings from the EWR Asylum. This place is worse than PHL F'ed. I'm now working on a 5 hour delay and the aircraft that's making up my flight hasn't even left the other airport.

This misery is only compounded by the fact that there's not enough seats and its about 90 degrees in here.

Bah humbug.

BTW

Happy belated Festivus for the rest of us! I celebrated by airing my grievance on the 23rd. My feat of strength was only sleeping for 2 hours! ^

Yes-it will still be awesome, especially if it is operated by an ex-US ERJ.
