The lag that affected my mother was right on about 24 hours, plus or minus a few minutes. It left her friends stranded in PTY without a flight to SCL to pick up a cruise before it was resolved by Copa eating the seats on the DL JFK-SCL nonstop.

She checked and there was no upgrade availability... I would rather not fly to LAX without knowing for sure if they were going to be able to fix it. I'm leaning toward them not being able to. |
Off to work. Should be another night like last night; i.e. slow. I'll take it given that I'm on #2 of 7 in a row.
