I'm guessing no DTV and no U-Verse where you will be living.

I don't think we'll be able to put a dish out on our balcony and U-Verse doesn't have coverage downtown. My options are a Roku box or the ridiculous overpriced MLB Extra Innings package from Comcast.

This is the credited response.

That would be correct.

It is a lot better now after the remodel.

Apparently I haz to wait a few more days before my free night award posts. It doesn't credit automatically with the posting of the third stay.

I can subscribe to the Yankees online crap that they seem to advertise incessantly every game and give you the account.

Thanks for the offer. I believe the pricing for that is similar to an MLB.TV subscription which I'd be able to get on a TV (via Roku box) and not just a computer.

Yes drinking is 1. But I made the mistake of not bringing sunscreen one time. Drunk and sunburned not to good the next day.

Thank you for thinking of me! My programming skills are no where close to qualifying me as a developer, so it's probably not the best fit. :)

How to solve a united problem

1. Call.
2. Realize the person on the phone isn't going to help you.
3. Hang up.
4. Call back.
5. Finally solve the problem.

Thus has been my issue.

Fair enough. I never bothered to look at the pricing to know if it was any good or not.

I'm an expert at applying sunscreen. Spray on works very well when drinking as long as you don't miss a spot.

I realize that we'll be paying the r/t transfers once and probably not more than that. I'm just not sure the value of being in town on Thursday morning when we wake up versus schelpping luggage versus dining options versus who knows what else.

Opinions are much appreciated.

DEFINITELY head down town and get a room there. The tube will get you to Knightsbridge or downtown in fairly short order (40mins) and the fare is relatively cheap. If you can get an Oyster card for traveling around the city which will include the fare from Heathrow if need be. You can get a decent rate in London right now on hotels.

The tube starts early enough in the morning to get you back to Heathrow in time for your flight. You won't have to worry about you bags at all, just lugging them up/down the caverns of the tube stations.
