Yeah, that's more expensive than what we pay in NJ (for a 2BR in a very desirable area), what we are seeing in Downtown lofts and what another complex in the Museum District is asking for a 1BR with a loft space. They look like very nice units, but they don't seem to be priced right at all.

What can I expect? Do I just get two rooms next to each other, or will it be a real suite?

Also, as a diamond, do I get breakfast for all of us (Mr.Brit and my two girls, plus me). Will the concierge lounge be open on a Saturday night? If not,do I get extra points?

I've only stayed at Hyatt Places up until now, so don't know the drill for the full service hotels.

Remember, if the lounge turns out to be closed, you are entitled to 2,500 bonus points. Most of the US lounges have an honor bar, light snacks during the day and occasionally a hot dish for happy hour. Breakfast runs the gamut from a fairly full fare (no hot dishes) to some sweet rolls and coffee.

The one item that should be clear is that you all should get breakfast, but that is only available if you are not given the club access or if the club is closed. The breakfast benefit only kicks in if there isn't a club or if the club is full and the Diamond member is not given access.
