Just witnessed a (what looked to be) DC-3 flying into HOU.^ I heard it first before I saw it.

Saw it too, at first I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me.

Did you happen to see the V-22 last week?

I don't know if I passed over an answer from one of the locals. But, when does wildflower season begin in Hill Country? This year, we're taking photog72 jr for pictures among the bluebonnets and other wildflowers. I saw some nice fields along 290 near Brenham, so as not to go too far from Houston.

Bluebonnets should start appearing soon. Late March-Early April should be good if present festering continues.

I have taken this to mean that should we feel the need to sue the venue, we cannot recover a judgment larger than the price paid for the event. Fiancee would like confirmation of this from someone other than me. Am I right?

Damn, no! I would have liked to have seen that! I usually catch sights of the planes from my kitchen window, or hear them when they are on the short approach.

Anytime in the next couple of weeks through about the end of April, provided we keep getting decent rain.
