Squirrels caused barking (all the time) but only once did she catch one which I rescued.

Shelbie was a "hand-me-down" dog for excessive barking in a condo. Her original mother was a stripper and worked at night so the neighbors petitioned to send her to excile. She was left in a pet boarding place where my middle daughter was working at the time and came here as a 2 year old poorly behaved super sweet (neurotic) dog. Her two major faults were barking and she ate the crotch out of EVERY pair of both daughter's underware (they had the expensive Victoria secret stuff). Although she did get to mine from time to time. I don't think Caeser ever had that problem to remedy on the Dog Whisper.

I'm sorry to be laughing but this crap is funny. I can see that you will need a vacation from this vacation.

Yesterday was a pure MR with a laptop to work, booked the MEM-SMF B fare. The good part of being a paid B was getting to the desk at 0445 and being told that my ticket was the first the airline had started to revise due to CO's MEM-IAH MX issue on the first segment.*

In case anyone doubts the US (well, Mesa) pilots flew by hand below FL 29 for the entire MEM-PHX segment. Against the jet stream, that couldn't be fuel efficient. Neither could the routing that started out along the great circle through Arkansas, then almost overflew Mexico after making a left.

In other news, I have my first BD status miles. It's not from the first or second flights of the itinerary (US) but the third (UA). Will end up as 4292 BD status miles and 5337 BD RDM, so not many complaints. Might ask for original routing credit, which would be about 130 more status miles and 120 more RDM (two segments below 600 miles make the computation odd).

* These were to be my first CO flights since the 2002 NLDS between the Arizona Diamondbacks and St. Louis Cardinals.

I don't know if I passed over an answer from one of the locals. But, when does wildflower season begin in Hill Country? This year, we're taking photog72 jr for pictures among the bluebonnets and other wildflowers. I saw some nice fields along 290 near Brenham, so as not to go too far from Houston.

^

We took our daughter out for some pictures when we were in Houston last spring. We caught the tail end of the season (late April), but we were still able to find some good stuff west of town (taking some back roads on the way back from Blue Bell). Late afternoon light for hairlight + some fill light got me some nice results.

I think you may have drunken pilots with that 'routing'

anyone feel like throwing a reward ticket my way to get to LAX on Monday? haha

and this was a slow day.

No, I am saving up miles for a big TPAC or RTW redemption.
