The ideal way to do it would be to get in as a Corporate Travel Manager and then develop it and go private.
The challenge is AmEx travel (as an example) has stellar rates on certain routes that you wouldn't be privy to. |

I work for one of those companies.
I caught grief for buying a B fare (which we're supposed to buy) and having it insta-upgrade into F. This was only because co.com shows the receipt as purchasing into the F cabin. I believe I started a thread about it. :rolleyes: Fine, I asked if the fare had any restrictions or when it had to be ticketed, was told the normal 24 hours, though I had a funny feeling about that. Needless to say, I get the approval after going through hoops, sent the approval to Amex who sat on it over night and the fare expired. (Turns out we went from 7 day advance to 3 day advance overnight). It ended up costing the company $3200 to get me to LGW. Do you think anyone got in trouble for that? |
I need to go back and edit my FM. I think I entered my LAN Argentina flight from a few years back as just LAN. :rolleyes:
ETA - Looks like I'll also earn 500 BA miles for my LIM-CUZ H fare. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: |

It has its own IATA Code. I think it should count.

The ideal way to do it is to take a cut of the savings you generate. And/or you could charge a flat fee to redo travel policies.

w00t! Finally got through. They agreed to just drop my outbound LIM-CUZ, and leave my CUZ-LIM return alone, without penalty! :D

The fleet is what was merged all under CO. All the planes belong to CO. |

This is my last week in my current job and I start a new one on Monday. Needless to say my current employer hasn't been very happy and i'm swamped wrapping up loose ends. Fun fun. |
