For me this is a failing of the fact that you had to actually book it as two separate PNRs because of the travelbank credits and the voucher. The TB credits should be seen as cash, end of story.

Stopover rule is 12 hours on Canadia Rewards. :-:

... yeah.

There's a multitude of failures at play here. I hate booking a companion on an entirely separate PNR. will hit the fan when there's irr.ops (caused by someone telling teh Canuck to get her muckalucks off the bulkhead and asking if she grew up in an igloo).

I called in on Friday morning (Sunday flight) once 16DEF opened up and asked to move the two from 15AC to 16DF. The agent got a supe on the phone and made the move. No kvetching or other troubles at all.

It's almost like belynch has a special  line that he has to access any time he calls an airline.

Another post.

In CO's defense, 90% of the agents I speak to are first-rate. The 10% that aren't fail miserably though. I'm sure today's agent was good, she was just confounded by the new rules and thought she was doing the right thing. She did manage to get everything done. It just took a bit more persistence on my part than I would have liked.

My favorite FAIL was booking the honeymoon when the agent accidentally said "I have no idea how to do this. I'm just going to keep him on hold until he hangs-up."

I do miss the US1 line (when I could get through ).

That's prior to EML taking effect. @:-)

Another key difference is you were up-front. In reality I'll occupado the Canuck's whY seat.

Sure, but the same rule applies. They are non-elites trying to get in the exit row. INP in most scenarios.

 I love TMBG too.

Where can I check out your videos, do you have a youtube channel?

Later Box, have to get back to the client's office.

But now that there's revenue involved for CO and its not just a free-for-all at the 24 hour mark I'm sure the agents are under a bit more pressure to adhere to the guidelines / there's a stricter over-ride on their system to assign those seats to non-elites.

In other news, LGA - IAH - SNA B fares are runnin' in the mid $300's. Not sure if that's viable for you MR'ers but being in confirmed F the whole way isn't a bad way to go. :-:

So I rushed to get up here to Alpharetta from downtown, only to have the client tell me they changed their mind and would prefer to have their training after market. I just wish they would have told me this yesterday when I confirmed with them.

I got lucky this week because I arrived on Saturday, so a pretty wide selection to be had. The previous two rentals in CLT and MIA were teh crud, especially CLT where it was end to end Impalas and minivans.

Made for a nice ride up here, despite the  with the client.

Keep heading north and we can have drinks in Nashville!!

You know that at the type right of the forum there is a search box for things like that mister "I have played 20 questions about flying this last week and it appears The Otter is saping my knowledge!"
