Actually work2fly I'm not able to locate this price on the Conrad web site. I'm sticking with my regular "best available " room.

I agree jan_az. I'm paying $1144 for RNO-SFO-NRT-SIN-NRT-LAX-SFO-RNO, but it was $1275 last year! But 18,731 status miles certainly help start the year out right.

My mistake - you are correct. A minimum 2 night stay is required.

"Hotel Central" is wherever YOU are staying, Willie!

I'll make my way over 'there' from the Sheraton!

In the past we generally met and departed from the Conrad. Those of us staying there can take some of the others to the lounge if we have lounge privileges.

We need to get volunteer coordinator(s) for the events. MJM did an excellent job in the past but can't make it this year. It does not need to be someone who lives in SIN, just someone familiar with it. I could do one event -- LPS at midnight Friday or MAYBE the No Signboard Saturday evening dinner.

I will miss it again this year by a couple of days. I will be in SIN Jan 19-21.

Did that last year, also.

SIN DO has "historically" been a do what you want, when you want kind of thing. The Friday nite munch has traditionally been at La Pau Sat, and some things get "planned" there amongst and between folks. Saturday is usually an on your own kind of thing as well, with the exception of the Dinner.

I would think that someone will put together a list of hotels, but I wouldn't worry too much about it, there doesn't "tend" to be a hotel central, with the possible exception of the Conrad, as posted earlier.

Best, Dave
