Greetings tannebil! I note on perusing this thread, that newself, unagi1 and I will also be on UA803 Jan.11. May I suggest we meet in the NRT RCC prior to the flight. I'm arriving from SFO. I'll have the yellow flyertalk luggage tag on my hand luggage, and will likely be in the computer room trying to snag one of the few Internet computers there.

Count me in for the DO again this year!
I would be glad to do another walk around Sinapore.
Sad to say though that I am only available on Saturday. does that collide with the program?
What is the plan anyway? Is there a link somewhere?
Let me know, see ya next week.

Sadly, we just had to cancel our trip.
We are just way too busy to be gone for a week right now. At least that opens up two more seats in biz for anybody who was wait-listed.
January is traditionally a busy month for us, but we will try again next year.

Well, I couldn't pass that up. I used Priceline and got the Conrad Friday and Saturday for US $100 (plus the Priceline load=$120/night). I haven't stayed there before but I'm hoping I can upgrade to a club floor upon check-in. I'm now cancelling the Swissotel Stamford for those nights.

Dear Sweet Willie, and fellow SIN Runners,
for the last 8 years I was in the US (studying and working). Now, I'm back in Singapore, my home country. I've been an avid FTer for a few years now, and I'm glad many of you have decided a MR or DO to Singapore.
I would be happy to join my fellow FTers for drinks at Swissotel Friday nite. 10pm is it? How will I be able to recognize this group?
As I've been away from 'home' too long, maybe it's a wise idea to join the Saturday walking tour too! (time permitting)
Looking forward to meeting up. Welcome to Singapore.

I'll be carrying my camera with my yellow flyertalk.com luggage tag attached. Perhaps I should also wear the large name tag I got at the November London DO (which says I'm restless).

I have no preference to the No Signboard location. Either way the wind blows is fine with me.
Saturday is perfect for the walking tour. What time will that start? Where?
This Leaves Sunday open...
... Someone has to have a Sunday afternoon agenda idea
How about the hop on, hop off bus tour... ha ha ha
... Sunday eve has had Night Safari in the past? Any intrest in going?

miles4all, glad to see you will be there to lead the Singapore
walking tour! Saturday afternoon was in fact the time that
it was tentatively scheduled for, so that should be perfect.
I may join you all - let's set a time and place - the Raffles
Long Bar again? Maybe at 2pm?
