Seems eticket pdf is gone. There is no more pdf but a plain text version of eticket receipt to be sent to your email only.

Something else I noticed is that the new site won't let you book some routes with partner airlines. You can search for HKG-LAS or MNL-LAS just fine. Both of those will send you to LAX and then give you an LAX-LAS flight on AA. But if you try to search for CEB-LAS, it won't let you choose LAS as a destination, which is completely bizarre. And this problem is not related to the search results. It is the front-end website software that is blocking you from entering LAS as a destination in the search box if you put in CEB as your departure airport. When you type in "LA" the only city that shows up in the list is LAX. |

Printed an ticket in .pdf on Friday and of course as of the revamp I only get the email copy. The .pdf copy looks way more official.

Online redemption booking is not working again on CX website. Every time I tried to search for a redemption booking, the web page goes back to the search page instead of showing the results.
