Simplicity is the trick for websites, not clutter the front page with bunch of information. CX preview pics seems to be going backwards... CX should really rethink who their current IT carrier are, because they are messing every and all things up for CX.

We'll see how the execution is in practice, but for now based on the pictures I think they've done a decent but not fantastic job of drawing the eye to where you go to book tickets, and also where you can go to log-in/MMB. That's a big improvement on the current homepage, where functions such as MMB and OLCI are presented as small, easily missed tabs in that center block. They also appear to have done ok highlighting their current sale fares on the home page. For me, the functionality is going to be more important than the aesthetic. I'm hoping they've finally fixed bugs such as its inability to remember that I want the HK homepage, although I'm not optimistic on this score. |

I for one wouldn't mind an Amadeus terminal encapsulated in a bare bones web page |

Agree - the timeliness and functionality of the website has really gone to the pits.
Reverted to just calling MPC to sort out my travel plans |
I would probably recommend all members to print/copy/save at least the account information (club miles/sectors and Asia Miles) just in case they lose all data during the upgrade. Takes a few seconds and saves me worrying what would happen if they lost everything.

Hope this refresh won't be too messy :td:

Goodbye pre-2013 cx.com. Although you weren't perfect, you did most of the things we needed you to do, and we thank you. |

Itinery disappeared from MMB. CAn't do online check-in for tmr flight... fortunately the father is non MPC - using Asiamiles member to log on it worked... using MPC member details doesn't show up.
if the ITEC guys were flying the plane we'd have plane crash every 3 months. |
