Any sane way to make up 345TP before end of year? And by sane, I mean less £500 per person, and somewhere worth going as a tourist.
I'll have 780TP by mid-November, and will only have 6 weeks to have any chance of retaining gold. I just won't travel enough after that.

BA holiday in Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Malta, etc. in Club will get you 320 (at least 5 nights).
Then you need a one-way Club fare.

Now I just need 250 more but can only travel 12-15 Dec - any ideas?

That would make a total of 760 TPs (735 needed) for 1,327£ - def worth GGL till June 2024.
- Nested LHR-SOF-LHR (BA holidays with car) plus SOF-LHR-SOF - 480TPs
- HEL-AGP-HEL - 280TPs

Looking at https://www.britishairways.com/trave...r/public/en_gb shows 40 TP for one-way Club, so 80 each way with the double TP offer.
That's 160 total, rather than 320. Sorry if I've missed something obvious - never done a TP run before.

Thanks - however, I don't understand how that gets to 320?

BOS-LAX I class
LAX-PDX I class
PDX-SFO Y class (no I availability but knocked £300 off the price)

had to book through call centre to get it to work on a holiday booking.

£1,799 was excluding hotels (can be booked online through BA multi city). Hotels added c£300 each for 5 nights (assume £600 if travel solo). To get that price I entered
JER-BOS (Wednesday in May)
BOS-LAX (Thurs)
LAX-PDX (Fri)
PDX-SFO (Mon)
SFO-JFK (Tues)
EWR-LHR (Wed)
BA hols tool would not work as the pDX routing options are too limited (only PHL on East Coast and no SFO or LAX on west). BA agent was very helpful going through the booking piece by piece and ensuring all I class sectors.
