Airports served by oneworld or BA partners that are not recognised on the Avios redemption search
AYQ, HID, KWL, RMQ, FTE, DAD, TSV
3 Jun 18 ... "Print Boarding Pass" generates a blank field where the BP should be! Clicking "Print" generates, predictably, a blank sheet of paper!
Mac/Safari (EDIT, 3 Jun: Solution is to "Email BP", which initially shows blank as well, but the email contains the full BP.) Same again on 3 Sep 18, and same fix!
27 Nov ... Can not search for a flight on the updated BA.com website interface , after inputting all informations ( destinations , paxs and dates etc) it pretended to load and then just reverts back to the home page with all fields now cleared. iMac/Safari
Claiming missing avios pages not working [Link]
22 Sep 16, see Post 2005. Hotel Avios giving different results depending on which page you view. Mac/Safari.

When trying to transfer avios I continuously get the following error message:
We are experiencing a technical problem at this time. Please try again later. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
This has been the case in the last couple of days. Any information on the issue?

BA told me to clear cookies, cache, close everything and try again. And, this made no difference, but you can still try it.
Of course, the paid transfer works just fine - only the free one errors out [for me].

Hi, new issue, I think.
When I login and go to the Reward Availability page and click on Reward Flight Finder / Explore Availability button, it takes me to a fault page:
"Sorry
Sorry, there seems to be a technical problem. Please try again in a few minutes, and please contact us if it still doesn't work.
We apologise for the inconvenience."
This happens whether I click on the button or the title of that box.
If I'm not logged in it asks me to login, before showing me the fault page.
Has anyone else seen this recently, since the Bank Holiday meltdown perhaps?
Thanks,
Paul
P.S. if anyone can point me to another way to find out reward flight availability without this map more easily than entering every airport option, I'd be grateful!

I see when trying to book an avios reward, we are being greeted by an IT Error. Seems to be the same as the poster above.

Passwords. Recently updated my two childrens' personal details including amending their emails. Think - wasn't paying adequate attention - the site said their email would now be their login name. Each received a confirmation email to click in their email account: done. Since then no combination of email/Exec Club Card number/ password works to get in to their accounts. One is constantly bounced straight on to the "are you trying to access an OnBusiness Account?" page. Even when clicking on the Lost password link !!!!
Any advice, please?

In fact I was told something else; the agent said that it cannot be done through their system but she could use my username and password on BA.com if I am willing to give her the details
In fact she was doing her best and had all good intentions and I actually spoke to her many times before (not so many agent in the TLV centre) but apparently not much concern about personal data protection. Well, this is Israel after all

There is also the option to use less avios and pay more money, which might be cheaper (at least in my case). I'm still waiting to hear back from BA.

Homepage problem
Hey guys,
I have a problem with British Airways homepage, it's showing me like the page is not found while I'm connected on my ISP, but when I open the same page from my mobile network it works.
Does anyone else have the same problem like this?
