Have been trying unsuccessfully to submit an Avios/TP claim on the site.
Same issue occurs on two platforms:
- Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7
- Safari 9.1 on OSX 10.11.4
1) Login to Executive Club and navigate to "Claiming Missing Avios"
2) Enter ticket number (125-xxxxxxxxxx) and click 'Continue'
3) Following appears:
3) Refresh page, thrown back to Executive Club login page.
Was doing same earlier in the week, however then it returned to the ticket submission page and told me the number was not valid (it definitely was)
