Airports served by oneworld or BA partners that are not recognised on the Avios redemption search
AYQ, HID, KWL, RMQ, FTE, DAD, TSV
3 Jun 18 ... "Print Boarding Pass" generates a blank field where the BP should be! Clicking "Print" generates, predictably, a blank sheet of paper!
Mac/Safari (EDIT, 3 Jun: Solution is to "Email BP", which initially shows blank as well, but the email contains the full BP.) Same again on 3 Sep 18, and same fix!
27 Nov ... Can not search for a flight on the updated BA.com website interface , after inputting all informations ( destinations , paxs and dates etc) it pretended to load and then just reverts back to the home page with all fields now cleared. iMac/Safari

I think this is what confused me
if I type ICN, it brings it up as a suggestion:
If I type GMP, nothing comes up:
so I just [wrongly] assumed it didn't work, yet now after clicking on the 'search', I do get the results for GMP.
Also, TYO works as a catch-all, SEL doesn't.

I have a strange glitch since a while now. I cannot access the Seatmaps while booking. Tried it on Firefox, Chrome and IE. Deleted the cookies, nothing worked. Any suggestions?

Recently I am getting a glitch when trying to add either a hotel or car hire
it says HTTP 400 Bad Request in the tab and this on the screen
The webpage cannot be found

Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
What you can try:
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
Go to and look for the information you want.

AA award seats not showing up
And now BA is not showing any AA award seats. In fact, BA is not showing some of its own award seats that are bookable through AA.
Calls to BA have resolved nothing as the phone agents (when you can get one on the phone) can't see AA space either.
Any ideas on how to work around this?

Looks Like JAL Award Availability Is Now Missing
Searched for some regional flights between Japan and other parts of Asia yesterday afternoon (EDT) on JAL and multiple days showed 3 JAL flights with upwards of 4-8 seats (across business and economy). Today nothing at all not a single JAL result either on the routes I was looking at or other routes and this is for 10-11 months out. Cathay Pacific flights that were showing yesterday are still showing today. Searched some other routes that would likely have JAL availability and nothing there either.

BA not able to see AA award availability???
Hi, I'm trying to book an Avios award LAS-DFW on July 21. AA is showing two morning flights and one evening flight available, but BA claims over the phone they can't see any of it (website also shows no availability). What's the deal?

JAL awards are showing. The best way of describing JAL awards is that they're dynamic and availability seems to be actively managed. I've seen availability wide open in the morning, all gone when I've tried to book at lunch, and then have some seats open in the evening the same day. Keep trying at different times. If you don't get lucky then JAL tend to release award seats a few days before a flight if it's undersold. You have an advantage here as JAL's own members can only book award seats up to 4 days in advance.

Have tried on laptop, app & iPad - no luck.
When trying to book one way GLA-LHR on Avios in December it fails and comes back with "Error - there was a problem with your request, please try again later"

Tried the first few days and keep getting the error. The 26th Dec worked fine.
