Just returned from TLS from a couple days of work there- nothing too bad! But...
I am SO glad to be back in the UK for the season premier of Gogglebox! I shall be watching it with a Dominos ordered and a bottle of wine on ice. It's the simple things.

Happy Friday. I had surgery last week that didn't go too well so I'm at home recovering and trying to fight off infection.
I'm supposed to travel next week, hopefully I'm better by then.

Hopefully you will feel better but if you don't, just stay home. Your health is more important than most reasons for travelling.

Massive jam en route to LGA but made it with 3' to spare for LGA-DCA-MCO. Special DYKWIA behaviour when a JetBlue attendant was moved up to 1st. Someone walked down the aisle shouting 'I'm Executive Platinum' and I thought 'yes and you bought a coach ticket so turn around and head on back'

Thank Goodness it's Friday. It meant I ran around all day, spend over $600 on buying stuff for my birthday party tomorrow.
This includes a number of Thueringer Bratwurst from my favorite butcher in the SF Bay Area and a 50L keg of Paulaner Oktoberfest Wiesn Bier.
