Perhaps the better question to ask would be: given one's experience with the 2010 F vs the 2019 CWS hard product on the 77M, which would you go for?

I was just curious as to the comments with the F seat vs the J seat on the 77M: frankly, although I've tentatively put myself into 1K - just partially to push my tailwind of luck here and to craft my own story to recount on how "fortuitous" to have gone from WTP to Flub - I'm not entirely convinced on the merits of the 2010 F over the 2019 CW, so would love to hear from people who have flown in both products before.
And I've never been convinced in the value of purchasing nor redeeming F over J personally so this might be a rare opportunity to experience an F seat, albeit somewhat dated!

Am flying BA in Y with my wife from Singapore to Sydney. Seat choice wise have gone for one of the pairs of two seats right at the back (52AB)thinking that not having anyone next to us to have to disturb to go to the toilet etc probably makes sense.
Only concern is toilet footfall and galley noise. Anyone have any experience of the seat?

Quite a few years ago but I have been in one of the twin seats on this variant to the USA. From what I remember it was bearable.
Yes it's near the back so I would recommend taking a good pair of ear plugs and if there is any turbulence then you will feel it right down the back as well as being last off the aircraft. Overall though not a bad trade off though for being in the twin seats with no one next to you and hopefully those 7 hours will whizz by including the time you get airborne, meal service, perhaps a film or documentary and then just 3 hours ish 'to go'
The last hour/40 minutes to go then there can be a little queue nearby.
As far as economy goes it's OK at best, it is what it is.

On the 77M - have reserved the twin seats 39A and B at the very back. Is there a full floor to ceiling wall behind these seats? Have seen some videos which show a half wall / curtain at the back and wasnt sure whether this was the case with this type.

Back in the days of the 747 the penultimate row (also a twin from memoery) was my go to Y seat as it had a bit of extra legroom at the window seat where the fuselage tapered at the back. I'm not sure if the same applies to the 777, but having a twin row is definitely a worthy trade off against speed of deplaning, unless of course you have a tight connection.

I found a post way back stating this if it helps and a video if you pause at exactly 3:30 and at 7:25 you'll see what I mean. The poster of the video describes the 77M exactly with the seat configuration numbers.

Im on a 773 to JFK next week; there are plenty of window seats available to choose but is there a row with only one window? I seem to recall from watching/reading reviews but cant remember which it was, and would like to avoid! Any advice appreciated, thanks!

I'm not 100% sure but IIRC and looking at a few videos too there is a full wall 'covering' the 2 twin rear seats there as it's a refurbished Y cabin. Paging @Can i help you for confirmation/more info please if possible?

Hi Everyone just some advice needed I will be travelling on BA16 from SYD-LHR on 25 Nov in Business.
I currently don’t have status so can’t choose a free seat now.
My dilemma is should I pay to secure a seat now - definitely want a window seat. Or wait I should hit bronze by the time I get to SYD so will be able to choose 7 days out. Is it worth waiting and monitoring or buy now? There are quite a lot of seats available now. Closest to the front looks to be 10K is that a good seat.
If I buy now and a better seat say in the mini cabin comes up can I change my seat?
Thank you for any help 1st time travelling business long haul pretty excited.
