Hi

do not use seatguru as it is out of date and wrong in many cases.
use aerolopa ( I think that is how it is spelt)
Can't post the link at the moment
Regards

Your post has been moved over to this main thread and hopefully you will see the context here that Seatguru was never accurate for BA and is now worse than useless given all the retits. Aerolopa is what you should be using and you are 77M as the type. That's a 200 series.

On the seat map, Their are only 40 rows with 4 twin seats., The closest that i can find is the Boeing 777-200 (772) Three Class Layout 2 but doesn't have any twin seats

Can you point me in the right direction, Which aircraft class type i am flying, Has it had a refit and is the layout on the BA Website correct since i might select the twin seats going out

40 rows and 4 sets of twin seats

It doesn't tell you to variant, but you can find out by trial and error. Many of the 200s have these dual seats.

I don't know if they are any good or not.

Morning all

I'm travelling to New York tomorrow on a 77m config. Two adults and one 10 year old plane mad child that will want to keep looking out of the window.

At the moment I have seat 13 A,E,F booked but it looks slightly over the wing. 7 E,F and 8K have become available in the mini cabin. Would 8K be too far behind us for my little boy? And is the window view decent there?

Thanks

Ben

There's some good pictures here of 8K and the view to 7E/F.

Flying LHR-LAX on a 77H next week, prefer to sit in the aft most Club World cabin for more privacy and a smaller overall cabin size compared to the huge cabin immediately forward. Do the FAs take food orders front to back and would that mean a lower chance of being able to have our first choice? We had some options unavailable on the way over and were Row 13 in a 77G. Seemed food orders were taken front to back but there was just one section of J on that config.

Front to middle and back to middle and choices decided on status nor where you sit.

Think of the cabins as one, Oneworld status is used.

I'm flying LHR-JFK in on a 77H in Club Suites, and I'm looking for my best overall seat option with my main consideration to get off the plane as quickly as possible upon landing. Do all the doors open on landing? In which case could take say a 17A/17K - if the doors further up are a better option, a mini-cabin seat (7k) is available but I'd hope to avoid the seat due to the lack of adequate window. 8k is an option too.

8K works very well, door 2 left will always be used and possibility door 1 left, door 3 can never be used as this is over the wing.

Ah yes of course re Door 3. Looks like 8K is reserved for bassinet but will go for 10K which is available and close enough. Thank you!

Hi, looking for advice on best seat. Flying LHR-ATL in F. I think it will be 777-200 with 8 seats in F, which will be the 2010 prime. Travelling with my husband and we'd like to chat during the flight. Which two seats would be best?
