This thread gives the current catering options for the Galleries First Lounge (Flounge) in LHR Terminals 3 and 5. This lounge is open to BAEC Gold and oneworld Emerald card holders. Passengers flying BA on a First ticket can also use the Concorde Room. The catering supplier was changed on 2 May 2013 to BaxterStorey. Click here to see the former thread, which covered that turbulent period.
The T3 lounge is identical to T5 in terms of food and drink options. However there is no Concorde Room in T3 so from 18:30 hrs there is a pre-flight dining option for First travellers, see here for more details.
The current catering options in the First lounge can be found in the first post in the thread, or you can click here. Currently lounge menus are not always on display in the lounge, but this link may be your best bet to see the options.

Currently in the Galleries First at LHR T5, as previously reported still no online food ordering, can confirm that the Champagne plus an English Sparkling wine is Palmer & Co, no single malt whisky or brandy even the rolls by the cheese and cold meats have been enhanced away replaced by those dry muffins. Had a chat with a Baxter Storey Manager, asking why the food and drink has been deteriorating over the last 18 months or so.
He was very open agreeing with my observations (even stating he has had a lot of complaints about the lack of the BA burger which he said was the most popular item) and said it is down the BA who tell Baxter Storey what they can offer and that apart from the buffet breakfast the offering is basically the same as the Galleries Club lounges at Heathrow.
We had a very polite conversation and he said he would pass my comments back to his management team. He also said it would be best for me to pass this feedback via BA.com as that is likely to be the only way to get ang change towards a return to an overall better offering, even if it was simply back to what it used to be. Though I won't be holding my breath on that, but if we don't give feedback things will only continue deteriorate. Feedback to BA is on its way.

There's always the possibility that by reducing lounge offerings, a lot of people will choose to remain within the terminal eateries instead. Therefore emptier lounges make things more "premium" rather than being little more than a crowded waiting room.

Current flavours are vanilla, mango sorbet and strawberries & cream.
In other potential new news, there also appears to be a new ros champagne on offer - at least not one I've noticed before:

I'm not sure if this is new information, but the Jude's ice cream fridge is back (and actually stocked)!! Just beyond the coffee bar on the way down to the buffet area.

If memory serves me, that's the Rose Champagne they 'enhanced' away from Club Word in favour of the English sparkling...
Not as good as the Lanson extra-age but still a nice drop (was far superior to the Brut champagnes typically on offer in CW so I'm sad it's gone!)

Great news on the ice cream and nice to see some variety back on the fizzy wine side of things!

If anyone is in the BA First LHR T5 lounge today, could you please PM me or post the menu code. I just need to hop online to grab some screenshots of the latest menu for a project. Thanks.

The ice-cream is back but the food offering is starting to get quite limited without any food to order.
