not to hijack this thread, but you're going to lead this guy into some trouble. the link you provide is info from 2013, you can't load BB at walmart anylonger with giftcards, especially with anything that has to do with vanilla.

so while he may load up on 10K worth of giftcards he needs a method of liquidating them...

I'm afraid your info is out of date. You can load BB with GC at WM.

Thanks
I found out the answer!

Applied and met the min spend $. Now the points are pending. So amex system is smart enought to know when I downgraded back to gold.

Thanks

Annual fee hit on my personal plat, called a few times asking for this 150k MR / $20k spend. Was told same thing each time, "Special offer w/ RSVP code necessary." Each agent immediately offered the 100k MR / $10k spend. I relented and took it. No complaints. While 150k would be nice, a $20k spend would be tough over these next few months.

how long does it take from approval to receiving the card? My approval email said 2-3 business days. It's been 3 business days and no card... Is it mailed via UPS or fedex?

thanks

10k spend is a tad much for me. will need to wait.

Finally pulled the trigger on the 150k MR points for $20k spend in 3 months offer today. Instant approval.

I figure I can just float whatever spending deficiet I end up having by buying grocery and department store gift cards.

Good times.

Anyone have a current link of tips to manufacture spend? I won't sign up for the 150K offer to prevent issues with cash flow but 10K is probably doable as long as I can manufacture about 4K of that.
