FHR login

I haven't been able to log in since last night. I've tried both firefox & ie.

Is anybody else still having problems with the FHR website?

FlyMeToTheLooneyBin Jan 26, 2011 10:01 pm

I'm having problems accessing the Amex Travel site. I can get to the page, but if I click the "multi-city destination" link, it gets me to a 403 Forbidden page. The same goes when I try to price a ticket round trip.

Has anyone tried using the Amex Travel site? Is it just me with the 403 Forbidden page?

FlyMeToTheLooneyBin Jan 28, 2011 9:56 am

Okay. I got the thing to work by deleting ALL americanexpress and axptravel cookies. Amex should do something about their site going bad with the cookies thing. This is ridiculous as it doesn't seem to happen as often with other sites.

Amex down in the UK

I called up earlier when I couldn't see my accounts online. They said 6pm. Now they're saying 'hopefully by the end of the weekend.' Amex cannot access account information either.

It should work now.

Something strange is going on with online banking with multiple banks -HSBC, RBS, Amex, Natwest all had problems the last 2 days. Occupy Internet banking

Available Balance: 0?

Why does AMEX Travel insist that I have a 0 points balance. I'm logged in. Searched the airport I want to fly to. I have these 2 messages on my screen.

Side note: I'm using a fresh browser with cookies cleared, cache, etc.

I don't think anyone here can answer that. Did you try calling them and asking what's up ?

Can you access your last month's PDF statement and see how many points it shows ? Most likely an IT glitch that you need to escalate to Amex.

Is there a reason why/workaround for Amex's website giving me an error screen when I try to go to the shorter application for existing cardmembers?

Because its coding to past link avenue which creates disconnect for the current offer.
