I have not been able to login since yesterday a.m. EST. Tried clearing cache, different browsers and I get the same message that the "system is unavailable". I will be calling them next.

Can now logon. Apparently I selected an unsupported character when I set up my password. Strangely it would actually work sometimes. Thanks Amex tech support.^

Is the AMEX-FHR website not working for reservations? I can get info on the hotels and resorts I'm interested in but when I go to make a reservation it says it's not able to check availability. Anyone else having the same problem?

Must be problems limited to just some hotels. Ananda in the Himalayas still yields the "we are unable to confirm.." message.
