Secure email not available on website?
 
Trying to secure email on the amex site while logged in and the "contact us" button gets you in an endless loop of ads.

i am not able to access my prg card account through site/app, but plat account works fine. are you guys experiencing the same problem?

MR transfers down?
 
Anyone trying to transfer MR points getting this error? I've been trying to transfer to BA miles and have been getting this for the last 6 hrs or so.

I was checking my account this morning and it does not show my MR points. Checked Mrs.Tristar's account and same thing. Got an error message when I clicked on rewards.

Is anyone having issues with FHR bookings at the moment? I am not getting any FHR results when searching for hotels on the platinum site.

FHR Site Down?
 
Ive been trying to look up FHR hotels in Portland since yesterday afternoon and I keep getting a message saying "our system isnt responding properly". Anyone else having issues? I know I can call the number but Im not that motivated yet.

I get the following message:

Access problem on AMEX FHR site for US Platinum
 
When I tried to access the AMEX FHR site online, it shows as follows
" We are sorry, our system is not responding prpperly " after inputting ID and Password.

Is this a problem by firewall or something?

I can access to my account and all history after the ID and Password are input, but no access to the FHR site.

Have been trying to look at FHR hotels at various points during the day. I've had an issue every time. The calendar doesn't work and the text keeps going "screwy" and then I get the "we're sorry" message. It has to be the worst website known to mankind.

I have been having trouble accessing the FHR website also. I can log into my Amex Platinum account, but when I try to access FHR, it doesn't recognize me as an Amex Platinum holder. Anyone having luck with the site? I've been able to use it in the past.

Unable to email Amex Plat
 
I'm having difficulty emailing Amex plat. Is anyone else having the same experience? When I click on "contact customer care" it takes me to a face page for American express travel. It's been like this for days. Weird!

That's what I've been getting for days too. There is no way to email Amex at this time.
