Seems like the entire travel system is down as well. I cannot access FHR to book another hotel, or view/modify/cancel an existing reservation under "My trips".

What did you do? If I try to log in on the fhr site, it just sends me back to the home page, still not logged in. I can get my list of trips, but if I click the view/manage button, I get "Invalid email or trip-id"
Despite kicking me back after I log in; it does pull the list of reservations from "my trips" if you click on it after you log on (despite not showing you that you are logged on). When you click on the hotel it does say can not find the reservations. But if you input the email and trip ID, it will pull it to view or cancel. But I agree, the site is non functional for the most part. |
Upgrade links gone
This may be related to the earlier reported problems. "Apply to Upgrade" no longer appears for upgrade-eligible cards I used to see; only "Apply" shows. But when I click "Apply", an error message shows.

Still I cannot get to Chat option (pressing "Help" doesn't do anything). I tried different computers, browsers, OS - nothing helps. What is going on?

The travel stuff, at least, is down for the agents too. I called to make a FHR reservation and she said she couldn't help me because the computers were down. She said to try the website, which I thought was pretty funny.

Can not get to "Dispute", "Benefits" or "Credit Secure". I would not be surprised if this is more than just a major outage. On-line chat even says the agents have no access to systems. |
