There is also an error message. If using a different browser in Incognito or Private mode does not correct the problem I think you need to get past Customer Service to Technical (or Web) Support.

I have tried both Safari and Firefox on my Mac and same problem.

Amex customer service has not been working too hard to fix it. I feel like I am harassing them.

Amex customer service called me today to say other members have had the same issue with their website and they have managed to fix it. I logged in and my member rewards page is working.

I am pleased with their customer service communicating with me and fixing the problem. Dealing with a supervisor seemed to improve the process.

For the most part, the detailed drilldown information that should be available does not show for me, the website goes into a spinning hold - I use Chrome

Check to see if your copy of Chrome needs to be updated. Recently, Chrome has become all but unusable on my PC if an update has been downloaded but not yet installed (by restarting the browser).

It's been ongoing for a month or more - I reboot chrome daily (installing any updates)

Same thing for me, last 15 minutes or so.

My balances and transactions aren't showing up but I noticed that retailers participating in the Amex offers now have their logo on the panel which details the offer.

website has been acting up all morning.

major re-design ... on a weekday? Amex, that's such a stupid idea. Now my plat card transactions are showing under my corporate card ... no balances or anything available. What a mess.

My sis can't see any posted transactions from her newly opened Plat cards although pending transactions are showing fine. I chatted with AMex rep, and apparently, many customers are reporting the same issue. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

AMEX Travel .com 'is down'

got several errors attempting to book - didn't complete transactions

third agent I spoke to acknowledged the site is down, and to try again in an hour

After 3+ failed attempts to book a fligh over a 36 hour period, and each attempt generating pending charges but no tickets, I got a hold of a supervisor at AMEX Travel. They attempted to complete the transactions manually. Waived the $40 phone fee

Supervisor was unable to do it within a 10 minute period, she offered to continue working the problem and call me back once issued

A few hours later I was booked. The price had changed, and they generated several more pending charges in the process, but they honored the original price and gave me a courtesy credit
