Is anyone else having issues logging into the FHR website?
I get to the login page and enter my username and password and the next screen shows me as not logged in. Repeating the cycle doesn't change anything.
I've tried four computers and three browsers and this issue has persisted for weeks now.
Anyone else with this problem?

There are two login buttons. Upper right in dark blue, futher down against lighter blue background. Whichever one you are using, try the other.

In early December we puzzled out a problem with the online Chat feature in this thread:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/ameri...-url-amex.html
...I wonder if this could be another manifestation of the same issue. Some travel functions are outsourced, and privacy or tracking settings might have an unexpected effect.

I've had the login issue off and on with Amex while using Chrome for the four years that I've been using Amex FHR. I've tried disabling all adblockers and it doesn't help. There is one login route that works, but it isn't the one that you get when you go directly to americanexpress.com/fhr (this is the page that fails out), so I always have to work around it before I can get logged in on the site.
