AmEx Desktop Website Problems
For the past few months, the AmEx full desktop PC has automatically logged me off at the drop of a hat*. Change browser tabs, copy and paste to a Word file, manipulate a screenshot, look at an email (while logged in); get logged off instantly or immediately upon next the next click on the AmEx website. Can usually move among the different AmEx accounts and tabs, sometimes get logged off when clicking on a pdf statement or looking at MR details.
Wondering if this is by design or a glitch. Thank you.
(* “At the Drop of a Hat”: immediately or instantly, without delay or good reason, the phrase originates in the 19th century when it was common to signal the beginning of a fight or race by either dropping a hat or sweeping it in a rapid downward motion.”)
