2/17 PHX-CLT - No PDB
2/17 CLT-SDF - No PDB 2/25 SDF-DFW - No PDB 2.25 DFW-PHX - Full bar PDB |
AA 4674 LGA-ATL on 3/1/23 - no PDB despite light load, on time boarding, no evident catering issues, etc. Also, no jacket hanging offer despite my sports coat being unmissably folded over the aisle armrest.
|
AA 4356 ATL-LGA 3/2/23 - no PDB, no service for the first hour (and counting). As others have observed, NYC-based crews are.. not the best.
|
AA2967 LAX-DFW - no PDB in spite of ample time, pre-flight galley party, and predictably young FAs...
|
PDB incident caused a 20 minute delay on AA 2224 tonight DFW-PDX. Water was served to 2D and 2F who loudly complained "We want alcohol!!" Which led to much grousing and complaining that in first class one did not get instant booze on demand. FA and GA were not playing and the thirsty thots were promptly offloaded. Water only PDBs started the whole affair.

3/6 AA 5752 PIA-DFW CRJ900: Full PDB offered; probably because in flight all that was available WAS beverages. No snack basket on this flight, just pretzels.

3/1 AA2995 JFK-MEX 7M8: Full pdb by a great crew (albeit cabin was half full, with no upgrades or non-revs, which is quite a rare sight on this route imho)
3/6 AA1066 MEX-DFW 738: Nothing 3/6 AA2916 DFW-LGA 738: Water or OJ Consistently inconsistent as per usual 🙃 |
AA28 LAX-JFK: OJ, Water, Champagne
AA1831 JFK-MIA: No PDB, but late/busy boarding so I understand |
This past Tuesday ORF/LGA (Republic E 175) I was the ONLY pax in F with just about six in Y. F FA refused to serve me a PDB claiming it was against health and safety regulations. Then she somewhat rudely served me one drink in air, no snacks, then ran in the back of the plane and crouched down in the last (empty) row of Y. The Y FA had to finally pick up my glass before landing.
Same day LGA/DCA A319 PDB as soon as I boarded with more offers as we sat through a 2 hour plus maintenance delay. Said problem took just 15 minutes to fix but we spend endless time waiting to be towed back to a gate then pushed off the gate once the maintenance issue was resolved. Of course, great service in air. |
