Today, 12/24. Full PDB offered on RNO-DFW
No PDB offered on the AA20 to LHR, not in the larger business cabin anyway. Appears they / some of them got it in the front business cabin. My seat was also reassigned at boarding (no reason given) and my original seat appears to be occupied and fully functioning (it’s two seats away) from what I’ve seen so far. No headphones, water, or amenity kit handed out yet either. edit: taxi’ing back to the gate now for a maintenance issue… |
12/20, DCA/MIA, AA0889, Full PDB. Great FA and attentive service throughout the flight.
12/23, MIA/DCA, AA2878, Tray of Water/OJ only; another pax requested something else and the FA advised "once in the air, no problem". |
MEX-LAX Dec 24 - full PDB, some people even got second rounds with no problems
currently on AA 134 LAX-LHR…no pdb which I found odd given how much time we had since we boarded on time and all with the FAs not doing much. Ah well, champagne problems |

DFW-SAT = No PDB; No offer of even a cup of water during flight.
Most Lazy FA's I have ever seen. They did serve an alcoholic drink and nuts to one couple.......so everyone else thought we will get something........but the FA"s just sat down afterwards and started their chit-chat. An EXP in row-1 called them out openly (I was so glad he called the FA out for lack of service). Then they proceed to say "oh its a short flight, it is turbulent", etc. (They yelled this from their seats near the door!! Not even the courtesy of meeting the customer at their seat). (Lol almost Zero turbulence, except for a mild bump which is quite normal for any flight; Pilots did not even mention the word turbulence during flight). Finally, one FA walked down FC and said "oh its a very short and turbulent flight but do you need some water?" (it was not a very kind offer....it was almost like we were being guilt-tripped and forced them to offer water) |

12/30 > TPA > CTL > Full PDB and great FA
12/30 > CTL > PHL > Weird PDB and bad FA > She served just the 1st 2 rows then seemed to give up. Then during the flight she would just skip random people with the snack basket. Also served plastic during the flight. Strange flight attendant. |
