For discussion about the lack of a Flagship Lounge at DFW, see Why is there no Flagship Lounge / FL at DFW? (consolidated)
Background: The DFW international terminal was previously Terminal A. The A Admirals Club offered both an Arrivals Lounge and a Flagship Lounge. These were closed after 11 September 2001; when the decision to make terminal D the c new in terminal, AA chose to build an expanded Admirals Club and omit both Flagship and Arrivals lounges. There is an AMEX Centurion lounge, and there are The Lounge at DFW and several contract lounges serving several airlines' passengers.
At DFW-A, the old Flagship Lounge still exists and is used for an occasional function or NR passenger; the old Arrivals Lounge is still there, and though no longer in service it's showers -arguably the most spacious and luxurious in the AA system - and small gym remain for knowing passenger's or member's use. Look for these facilities on your immediate left (FL) and right (AL) as you exit the elevators on the second (Club) floor.

That's what the rules state, but there have been reports of lounge staff being a bit more liberal and allowing in people who had an overnight connection with a flight departing after 6 AM. No guarantee of this, of course.

Has it been confirmed that BA F pax get FFD access? Thinking about JFK and MIA, if that makes a difference (shouldn't, but you never know).
AA's website still says AA marketed and operated, but posts above say otherwise.
Thanks!

We were allowed access at both JFK and LAX yesterday even though we were booked on a BA codeshare from JFK to LAX. I was not sure if we would be granted access as the rules say that the flight must be both marketed and operated by AA. BA marketed but AA operated flights work as well for access.

I had similar success.

Am I reading correctly that the servicing of the FFD food was swapped over sometime recently?
We were in there on Wednesday night (8-May) for the first leg of our honeymoon and it's still lightyears better than anything else, but the Filet Mignon dish was riding that line of almost too salty (from the sauce and meat, not the prosciutto and asparagus). Similar to the problem when the FFD first opened and the "Trio of Chocolate" dessert had too much Himalayan pink salt for garnishing on it. The appetizers and drinks were all amazing, as usual!

Currently in JFK FFD. Had delightful grilled shrimp ("crab stuffed shrimp"...) and a medium rare (actually) burger.
The service is positively bizarre. No offer of bread. A "sparkling or still" reminiscent of legacy AA "chicken or pasta" interrogation. And then I heard one server asking how someone wanted her chicken cooked. (The response: "it's chicken" "Yes?" "it's chicken! you don't ask how chicken is cooked [laugh].") I saw the clueless server walk towards the bar, clearly embarrassed but clearly clueless.
There have also been a lot of people here. So, not the greatest FFD experience. But nothing that the fourth glass of Krug won't wash away
Burger:
Edited to add: Some guy who looks like Conan O'Brien just sat down by the window. Maybe it is Conan O'Brien, but I'm really bad at identifying television personalities and don't much get into all that.

At the DFW FL today, I asked if BA F passengers would be granted access to FFD, like they are at MIA. I was told that full fare BA First passengers do get access. When I asked the same question at MIA, they made no mention of the “full fare” qualifier, fwiw.

I was at JFK on 4/28 and it was the first day for some of the waiters. The one who was training the others was clueless as well, so must have started shortly before them as well.

I think one of the five people I saw or interacted with yesterday was from pre-HMS days (the best/most normal one, FWIW). I had definitely not seen the other four prior to the changeover (I was also at JFK FFD on May 4 and two or three of the same crew was there then that was there yesterday, including the "how do you want your chicken cooked" server).
