13 Apr 2020: AAdvantage extends CK status is extended automatically until Jan 31, 2022.
"The ConciergeKey Program is an exclusive program that American Airlines has for our very top customers. This is by invitation only and a very exclusive club." (Billy Sanez for AA)
ConciergeKey Services are provided to a select group of VIPs to facilitate travel on AA. The program is offered on an invitation basis only and is targeted at customers who control travel policy for large organizations. Customers who generate a high amount of revenue for AA may also be invited into this program (possibly those who spend upwards of US$60k a year on travel with AA).
Services provided include airport escorts and pre-boarding (seems variable, more likely during OSO?); assistance with flight changes, seat changes, and upgrade requests via their own dedicated telephone line. In addition, there is the ability to communicate directly with ConciergeKey associates via a dedicated email address. ConciergeKeySM representatives will also monitor day of travel of ConciergeKey members and will proactively reroute or rebook travel when necessary. ConciergeKey status allows check-in at First Class counters, as well as access to elite lines through security at certain airports. Miles and copay upgrades with copay waived.
ConciergeKey is now a distinct elite tier, above Executive Platinum. ConciergeKey benefits include membership to the Admirals Club, international miles upgrades with copayment waived, as well as two additional System-Wide Upgrades (SWU's) as part of CK membership.
CK members have access to Flagship Check-in on any flight, and CK will have Flagship Lounge access when flying a OneWorld airline.
As of 1 Jan 2017, Concierge Key members have upgrade requests prioritized over all other tiers: CK members have an upgrade window of (up to) 120 hours (Executive Platinum member's will retain the 100 hour upgrade window). CK members will board ahead of other passengers.
Regarding Concierge Key tier benefits coming in 2017, please see: New Concierge Key Benefits for 2017: New CK Elite Status Tier
Please: do respect members' privacy by refraining from asking for overly personal information and details relating to ConciergeKey membership or nomination. If your question receives no response, consider the member chooses not to reply, as is his/her right.
Boarding Area's AAdvantageGeek's blog shows the card and documents here.

Does anyone know if CKs still get priority access to the B Admirals Club in CLT? I thought I read somewhere that we have a private corner to sit in and don't have to be on the waiting list to get in...or was that just a one-off for someone? With Centurion closing so early these days at 8, those later evening connections mean that Admirals Club access is even more important.

I recall in previous years the gift also had a credit card 'sponsor' element from Citi and/or Barclays.
ETA- found this on google from the 2020 chocolates mailing... also similar w/ Barclays logo. Not exactly sure how it worked, but I guess if you had either card, you got the package wrapped w/ that logo.

Unfortunately they stopped providing priority access to CK's into the CLT B AC and no longer have a private corner. They told me last Friday they started getting to many CK's and couldn't manage it so they stopped. The line was so long my wife and I ended up going upstairs to the temporary service area, getting some snacks and hanging out in the rocking chairs up there until our flight. This situation really stinks for us since we are CLT based.
CLT, by the way, is still the only airport with CK services where I haven't been met by a CK agent while connecting (I guess the staff to CK ratio may be lower than other locations). I'll be actively avoiding CLT, if possible, for the next several months.

I just spoke with a Hyatt rep on this - she told me that even though I only had 3 stays last year, they'll move me down 1 tier, so I'll be "explorist". My guess is it's the same for all of you.
Like many of you, I had been a life-long Starwood Ambassador fan, then switched to Marriott with the merger, but when the Globalist benefit came out with CK, I decided to try Hyatt and absolutely loved it...
Although I like Hyatt Globalist alot more than Marriott Ambassador, I am now a bit torn.... and am somewhat surprised they didn't keep the status match going... it couldn't have cost them very much, but I bet that they got a bunch of former Marriott elites to switch to Hyatt because of the promotion... but now, I wonder how many will go back to Marriott as they likely had status extension and don't want to work the way up with Hyatt.

The majority of the CKs who routinely post on this thread seem to be DFW or NC (CLT/RDU) based -- it's interesting how skewed it seems anecdotally. Not sure whether there's some sort of selection bias for this FT thread or what, but given that these are clearly two big markets for AA premium customers, it's interesting that the DFW FL and FFD are still closed, and the current situation at CLT just seems miserable.

Some posters (myself included) who originally got Globalist through CK seem to have been extended -- whether that has anything to do with CK status remains unclear. Just a few posts ago, someone else suggested that there may simply be a delay with this, as though it "fell through the cracks." AA is still marketing the possibility of Globalist status as a benefit in the CK welcome email, so this clearly isn't totally dead yet.
EDIT: just now logged back into Hyatt to see that my status was UN-extended. What had previously said Feb 28, 2023 now says Feb 28, 2022. So may be true about the discontinuation of the benefit. Logging in early this month to upgrade a reservation my Globalist status had just been extended, so I wonder when that decision was made.

While a large part of this event was clearly advertising for Compartes, and I expected that going into it, I still found I enjoyed it. The small business aspect was particularly interesting -- the company seems to run fairly lean (number of staff, factory square footage, etc.) but manages to get Hollywood clientele and big contracts. Getting AA to give you a CK audience says a lot about how influential this chocolate company is. Neat to see some behind the scenes stuff and to know that some other posters from here were likely watching.

My Hyatt Globalist (via CK match, like many of you) finally got extended today from Feb 28, 2022 to Feb 28, 2023. No fanfare, email or anything. I just happened to log in to WoH website and saw it.
