Additionally, on all of my rentals, the receipt that printed upon inspection of the car showed on it miles earned 3050 for each prepaid rental.

After 4 rentals that posted quickly, I now have 9 since August 6 that have not posted, even though the receipts show 3050, 3100, etc. miles earned. All info, AA number, etc. are correct.

Returned a rental today for 5k bonus, and the miles do show up on the receipt.

For another data point, I had a four day rental that I switched to Budget to get the promo miles. My receipt says I earned 3,200 miles for some reason. The 200 would seem to indicate that they realize it was a 4-day rental, but I'm only getting a 3,000 mile bonus instead of 5,000. I also returned the car about a week ago and haven't seen any points actually post yet.

My 8/10-8/12 has not posted yet, either. I contacted Avis customer service who confirmed the miles, but said it could take "30 to 90 days" to process.

Did you guys always had to pay the FF surcharge of between $6 and $8 each time?
I am concerned because I rented a car in STL and was not charged this fee.
