I usually stop by the D/E side Capers to pick up some snacks. I've been asked for BPs 2/3rds of the time in recent months. The sandwiches/salads are pretty terrible and ridiculously overpriced -- $12 for a grab-n-go sandwich? What happened to the PDX non-inflated price guarantee? Does Capers get around that because they only have airport locations? I seriously feel like I'm being scammed buying here even if I get it for free with the $28 PP credit.
I have a few UA lounge passes left (the ones that come with Hyatt Globalist), expiring 6/30. If any of the PDX regulars would like to try out the UA lounge, send me a message and I'll mail you a cert.

On the C side its a bit different experience. When I sit down to eat a meal I'm rarely asked for my boarding pass. Most of them recognize me and know that I tip well. Even when I just grab 2 salads to go ($13.75 - $14 each) at the counter they are generally friendly.
I would take you up on your generous offer of the UA lounge pass, but my next 2 trips depart around 6:30 AM.

Opposite of the usual refrain at PDX today. Sign not out at 3:15; went in with my AL card and couldn’t find two seats together other than the mini-cubicles. Headed over to Capers with my PP card. Noticed the sign out front by 4.

Denied at SEA D club despite obvious abundant space. Admitted at C along with a LONG line of other PP holders. 6/11 6:15pm.

PDX Sunday, June 10th ( around 9pm) - just happen to overhear the bartender at Capers discussing Priority Pass. We noticed that the Board room was not admitting PP people so we headed to Capers to grab a glass of wine. Boy were we thrilled to learn this whole Capers/PP deal. We did not show our boarding passes (yes C gates).
So at what other airports does PP have an agreement like with Capers???

SEA today...D lounge sign out 8:00 am. Probably 50% full . Lounge attendants who know me mentioned, “thought you had a membership””. We fly P fares and would not pay for a membership. ( didn’t say that, just we were tired of playing upgrade game”.
AS lounge offerings were much less than before. Could not get a banana. Only oranges. Pancake machine working but syrup in pitcher was a sticky mess. Left at 8:30 to go to Am Ex lounge . Sign still out.
AmEx lounge not crowded and food was plentiful.

A couple airports with restaurant agreements are LAX, JFK, SYD, and BNE. Start with those. We have an entire forum here on lounges: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/airport-lounges-763/
