Can it be fixed so the passport details stay as I enter them into my profile......
I had the same problem. Did it time and time again - very frustrating. It only got fixed when I was talking to an NZ staff member who said it always happens. She put in the new details and it's been stable every since.

A small thing, but nevertheless important, which should be fixed.

Why doesn't NZ include tax on the flight selection page?

Tax varies by routing.

Example on a AKL-SYD booking

By the time you get this page the routing in not going to change, Surely it could be included on this page. Qantas does seem to do it

Yet another APD crediting saga

My GE Partner and I flew 24 Dec and 7 Jan for the holidays. My flights credited in less than 48 hours correctly, however nothing for my partner.

Went online to claim missing APD - the computer recognised and accepted the flights and responded that the claim had been successfully processed and balance of APD updated, yet did not show up online.

Made a call and was advised Credit Admin would fix - nothing showed for over a week. I remembered I had an email address for that team and emailed directly. No reply, however the missing APD was finally credited the next day.

If those APD had posted when they were supposed to, my GE Partner would have qualified for Silver independently, which of course doesn't matter in this situation.

I wonder how many pax have lost out on earning the next status tier because NZ didn't credit points when they were supposed to?

Wrong Seatmap on MyAirNZ for 767

I am booked on NZ175 in May AKL/PER in Y. The seat map while booking shows the latest config with the 32" pitch and WD in the fwd cabin of Y. However when selecting seats on MyAirNZ it is showing the old config with Space+ etc. The upshot is that seats 10A & B do not show and these are, I am told, very good seats to try and get. Is there any reason why the later seat config has not been added to MyAirNZ?

thanks for the heads up, I did choose my sets for flights on 767 in May/June and did wonder why when selecting seats through myairnz as to why there were so many seats at 32"

this lack of attention to detail by airnz is very very annoying - they give us myairnz to increase pax ability to take control of our flight arangements and then provide incorrect info

on 767 is it still correct that space+ is 7-13JK and 10-16AB?

presume this is for the entire 767 fleet
