So glad they limit access to the lounge to preserve the ambience, level of service and quality of food.

Have spoken to many Customers about their SS Experience, and by all accounts, the word "sensational" has been repeatedly used.

A few tidbits:
- AC is notifying all paid Business passengers departing from Toronto about the SS. A few days prior to my flight I received an email from Air Canada with an invitation to the signature suite Prior to my flight. I can imagine that the lounge will be heavily used once people are aware.
- Because I was taking a midmorning flight, the dining room had not yet open. Not a lot of people knew about the sit down lunch, dinner option. It was not announced in the lounge. I could see most if not all the people were eating from the buffet. I can see that during dinner time, the dining room will be full of people.
- They do need more casual seating area, especially for people who want to get some work done. Most people were sitting in the dining room to do work or spread out in the tight sofa configuration.
